Plastic surgeons Amir Ismail and Shahidul Huq have launched an aesthetics clinic in Stoke-on-Trent – offering everything from anti-wrinkle treatments to boob jobs.
Cosmedic Aesthetics launched in Newcastle with an open day last month to showcase the procedures.
Amir, aged 42, from Stoke, said: “Part of the reason we wanted to go into this sector was to deliver this care responsibly and safely by professionals who are experienced in dealing with these materials and the complications that can arise from them.
“Some people are not fully informed about the potential risks, and that is something really important to consider.
“There is a trend for younger people seeking these treatments, which is why it is so important to have a consultation with an expert who can guide them through the process and the pros and cons.”
